NOTFAST had 34 Parkrunners this week, at Long Eaton, Flatts Lane, Cottesloe, Belton House, and Newark, with PBs this week for Andy Floyd, Peter Lane, Jill Fowkes and Amy Lanham.

On Saturday, it was the re-arranged Wildest Peaks, a cross country run through the Derbyshire Countryside. Damian Davies got a gold award, completing the 25.6km course in 2:16:05, with the rest of the team getting bronze awards, which was Adam Jackson (3:16:21), Caroline Upton (3:18:11), and Janet Davies (3:18:27).

NOTFAST were also out in force at the final event of the East Midlands Cross Country League, held at Trent Meadows in Long Eaton. A 2.5km course, with one lap for the ladies, and 2 for the men, this year was as muddy and boggy as it has ever been. In the ladies event, Kimberley Etherington-Bates finished in 36thplace in 24:30, followed by Mandy Eccleston (28:37), Angela Brown (30:22), Breeze Rowlands (30:24), Amy Borrill (30:37), Faye Patterson (32:28), Cathy Clarke (33:54), Jill Fowkes (36:21), Kate Blair (36:24), Karen Borrill (43:06), and Gill Goode (43:25).

In the Mens event, Darren Hopkinson came in in 45:27, followed by Simon Lock (47:30), Steven White (47:53), Peter Lane (48:08), Jeremy Reichelt(48:45), Jim Lovett (49:01), Richard Borrill (51:15), Andrew Rowlands (52:38), Chris Redhead (53:15), Simon Eccleston (55:29), Peter Clark (55:30), Steve Needham (59:23), Andy Floyd (59:50), John Miller (63:27), Ernie Clarke (75:55), and Andy Watts (80:10).
