Jumping for joy

A very quiet weekend for us, so have  included Park run report,

Four different locations this week. Starting at our home parkrun Newark to the home of parkrun Bushy Park.

At Newark top runner Jan Bailey was the first to cross the finish line in a PB time of 17.45, next home for the gentlemen were Mark Jackson 19.54 and Simon Roberts 20.10.

First female Strider was Jessica Gordon 22.50 with Sara Carter 24.51 and Phillipa Clarke 25.05 next.

We had PB's from Jan Bailey 17.45, David Daubney 24.29 and Ruth Tall 32.16.

There were milestones for Hannah Thomson completing her 50 parkrun and Paula Nichols reaching the amazing 100 parkruns.

Thanks to our super volunteers Peter Davis, Steven Padgett, Sally Priest, Mary Swindles, Dave Tilley and Lisa Ward.

Over in Norfolk we had Gemma Latham completing Holkham Hall parkrun in 27.42 and at Sherwood Pines there was Beverley Hancock and Magic in a time of 20.40.

The home of parkrun, Bushy Park saw 12 Strideho runners complete the one lap course. First to finish was Mark Parker 18.46PB, followed by Nick Beveridge 21.44, Andy Scott 25.19, Jon Rawson 25.20, Dan Arkwell 26.10, Stacey Atkins 27.07, Athena Vargatu 30.52, Donna Beveridge 31.39, Emily Partridge 32.23, Kath Scott 32.42, Leisa Pickles 33.05 and Lynne Boby 33.06.

Lewis finished in 8th place overall in a brilliant time of 43.58 and Gary in a great time of 47:04.
