Our Notfast correspondent updates us on another weekend of running and cake
48 Notfast members were at Parkruns this week, at Newark, Highbury Fields, Rutland Waters, and Belton House, with PBs this week for Dave Fargher, Adam Jackson, Rachel Sheldrake, Lyn Gascoigne, Cathy Clarke, and Anna Wilkinson.
On Sunday, Piotr Dura was at the Dark Peak trail marathon, competing the course in 5:27
8 NOTFAST members were at the Edwinstowe Christmas 10k. Adrian Dix was first back for NOTFAST in 15th place in a time of 39:42, followed by Andy Rowlands (50:06), Simon Lock (50:45), Peter Lane (54:36), Chris Redhead (1:00:56), Breeze Rowlands (1:02:07), Kira Green (1:16:30), and Gill Goode (1:17:33).
Steven White and Kimberley Etherington-Bates were at the Nottingham Christmas Half Marathon on Sunday, with Steven finishing in 1:55:46, and Kimberley in 2:15:07.
