No snow in the south west
A quiet week for NOTFAST this week, due to events being cancelled because of the weather.
However, 43 Notfast members were at Parkruns this week, at Newark, Clumber Park, Sheringham, and Belton House, with PBs this week for Amy Borrill, Simon Lock, Nikki Dales, and Annette Taylor, and an overall Parkrun PB for Damian Davies.
The only survivor of the weather for NOTFAST was Adam Holland, who completed the Race the Light event, an 8.5-mile run along the Erme estuary in Devon, to try and get back before the sun sets (and the tide comes in!), and Adam finished first in 59:10.
