No wet weather gear for Notfast
Back to form now the weather has improved, 36 NOTFAST members were at Parkruns this week, stopping at Sherwood Pines, Jersey, Belton House, and Newark, with the only PB this week for Kate Wilson.
On Saturday, Kimberley Etherington-Bates went to the St. Georges Tower Runin Leicester, in aid of Loros Hospice. This is a climb of 351 steps to the top of the tower, and Kim finished in 2:49, finishing 21st female and 87th overall out of 384 runners.
On Sunday, NOTFAST were at the Retford Half Marathon. First back for NOTFAST, and in 37th place overall was Damian Davies in a new PB of 1:21:32, followed by Adrian Dix (1:27:50), Anthony Cork (1:39:39), Simon Lock (1:50:14), Jeremy Reichelt (1:51:02), Gill Oxley (1:51:37), Steve White (1:51:52), Martin Dickenson (1:54:03), Peter Lane (1:59:22), and Chris Redhead (2:08:03)
