NOTFAST results 03/07/2018 - Summer Running, Lots at Notfast.
There were 25 club members over 5 Parkruns this week, Newark, Sheringham, Rising Sun, Sherwood Pines and Rutland Water, PB's for Sarah Ridley

On Tuesday it was the Rushcliffe Country park 4 mile event, 8 members attended, Damian Davies(00:24:38), Adrian Dix (00:26:02), Matthew Gascoigne (00:29:55), Jeremy Reichelt (00:32:53), Janet Davies (00:35:16), Lyn Cascoigne (00:35:28), Colin Green (00:43:00) and MadaleineCombie (00:46:48).
On Thursday, the second event, a 10k at the National Watersports centre attended by 9 members: Damian Davies (00:38:18), Adrian Dix (00:41:43), Jeremy Reichelt (00:51:11), Janet Davies(00:54:55), Lyn and Matt Cascoigne (00:56:37), Rachel Hill (00:59:00), Colin Green (01:08:47) and Madaleine Combie (01:14:33)
There were 3 members taking part in the Dam Busters 10 Mile race around Howden and upper Derwent reservior: Nikki Dales (01:45:21), Fay Parker (01:36:18) and Claire Wood (01:36:17)
On Sunday, the rearranged Jane Tomlinson's Run for all City of Lincoln 10k took place, A nice flat and fast (and very warm) course with a huge participation list. Notfast has 22 members slowly baking in the Lincoln sun.
