A metal daisy will be displayed on the day. The daisy head can be removed so you can write a personal message or memory to keep inside the stem.

Personalise your wooden daisy in person at the Daisy Appeal Exhibit in Newark on Saturday 27 June. Your daisy will also be displayed on the day.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for families of all ages to come together, share memories and take part in activities including:

🌱 Remembrance planting activities

🕯️ Lighting a candle in St Mary Magdalene Church in memory of a loved one

💛 Time and space to reflect, remember and celebrate loved ones

🎨 Children's remembrance crafts and creative activities

🧁 Cake stall and refreshments open inside the church

Whether you stay for the day or simply visit for a short while, we hope you'll join us in this special community event dedicated to remembrance, hope and connection.
