Dr Rowena Edlin-White is a Nottingham author and researcher currently specialising in local history and forgotten authors.
Rowena will be talking about Dorothy Whipple, once described as "Nottingham's best-known novelist". Her work was neglected for many years but now we recognise her once again as a brilliant, witty - and local - author who is being enjoyed by many new readers.
