Men’s Team Talk is a friendly, informal group for men who want a place to talk, listen, or simply sit with others who get it.
There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to share more than you want. You can turn up, have a brew, and take part in whatever way feels right for you.
The group is about connection, support, and real conversations. Life can be heavy at times, and this is a space where men can show up as they are and know they are not on their own.
All men are welcome. No booking needed. Just come along.
