Join us for a sizzling Summer BBQ and a day filled with family fun at Gannets Middlebeck in partnership with local organisation Positive Pants Family CIC.
Middlebeckâs free family fun day will return to the heart of the community this weekend, with even more entertainment and activities.
The Summer BBQ and Family Fun Day will be held August 1st at Gannets, promising delicious food, family activities, live music and more.
Entertainment will include live music all afternoon, including two different live music acts, bouncy castle, circus skills, inflatable cosplay superheroes, family activities, garden games and fun fitness challenges with Transform Middlebeck. YMCA, friends of Middlebeck, will also be bringing their fun Gaga Pit activity.
The 2026 event has been organised by Urban&Civic, the master developer behind the community at Middlebeck, in partnership with local charity Positive Pants Family CIC, which supports Newark's young people and families with their mental health.
