The Santa Dash takes place on Sunday 10 December and begins at 12pm midday at Newark’s St. Mary Magdalene Church on Church Walk, Newark NG24 1JS.

It's a short route around the town will be dashed twice and will take less than an hour.
Santa Dash entry includes
- You can take part in the Newark Santa Dash at 12pm
- Your dash number will also be your raffle ticket which will be entered into our ‘Win Christmas’ grand draw, this takes place at 3pm in Newark Market Place
- There are lots of great prizes to be won as well as the ‘Win Christmas’ grand draw
- On the dash route you could be the lucky winner in the present grab to find a golden ticket for a special prize
- You will receive a medal at the end
Join the fun of Newark’s only Santa Dash, get in the Christmas spirit and dress up with all the other dashers, passing through the beautiful town of Newark-on-Trent. The Traditional Christmas Market is also taking place in the town centre – always a great festive atmosphere. Suitable for the whole family, dogs are also welcome (in Christmas jumpers, of course). All prizes have been donated which means entry fees will be donated directly to the charity. This is fundraising event hosted by Newark College in aid of the Children’s Bereavement Centre. You are in for a fun-filled afternoon with the chance to win brilliant prizes, at the same time, raising funds for a local cause.

You can jog or walk the Santa Dash, this is not a race, although you will receive a completion medal at the end. The route will be stewarded and there will be marshals at the back of the dashers so no one will get left behind. A great way to ‘get your steps in’ before Christmas.
