A celebration of award-winning writing, featuring Alison Moore and Diana Evans.
Alison Moore’s first novel, The Lighthouse was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize and the National Book Awards, winning the McKitterick Prize. In 2018 she published her fourth novel, Missing, and her first book for children, Sunny and the Ghosts, to be followed by Sunny and the Hotel Splendid in 2019.
Diana Evans is the award-winning author of Ordinary People, The Wonder and 26a. Her prize nominations include the Guardian and Commonwealth Best First Book awards, and she was the inaugural winner of the Orange Award for New Writers. Ordinary People was nominated for the 2019 Andrew Carnegie Medals for Excellence in Fiction and has been longlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction.
