A unique exhibition of village and church life all depicted in wool and other yarn.
A unique exhibition of scenes from village life, the church’s year and Biblical stories all made from yarn of different types will be on display in St. Giles Church in Balderton, Newark (NG24 3LL) from May 20th until May 27th 2026.
The project, partly inspired by the knitted mice of Inverness Cathedral, has been in the planning for two years. The whole aim of the event is to celebrate skills and talents in displaying what happens in and around St Giles Church in yarn.
