YMCA Inclusive Games is a fun, friendly sports day for people aged 16+ with disabilities and additional needs.

Come along and enjoy traditional games including egg and spoon races, sack races, long jump, team challenges and more all adapted so everyone can take part at their own pace.
Whether you attend YMCA disability sessions, are supported by carers or family members, or are simply looking for an inclusive opportunity to get involved, everyone is welcome.
It’s all about joining in, meeting others, having fun and celebrating every achievement.
