The Newark & Sherwood Community & Sports Awards return for their fifth year and here at Radio Newark, we’re delighted to once again celebrate the incredible people who make our communities so special.

Once again you have inspired us, and shared many powerful stories of kindness, resilience, and dedication, so much so you even made us cry!

Now we are giving you the chance to celebrate our local unsung heroes from across the district to those supporting, dedicating and quietly giving their time to help others and make our community a brighter place and let's face it, who go above and beyond and are officially awesome!
