Business has always been an important part of life in Newark & Sherwood and we're looking for a company who really does do more than its fair share for the community, employees and each other. 

The Business Commitment to the Community Award is to recognise any business that’s made a significant impact in the community or which has exceeded expectations.

Key points that the judges will be looking for:

• A business which goes the extra mile whether it be getting involved by volunteering time to clean up streets, litter pick or gardening for example.
• A business which inspires others to get involved, takes responsibility, or assumes leadership roles to help make where you live a better place.
• A business which has made a positive impact on the local area.
