2 men remain in custody
A third arrest has today (Tuesday 3 April 2018) been made in connection with a shooting in Newark.
A man, in his 20s, was injured in the shooting which happened in the Clay Lane area just before 5.30pm on Thursday 29 March 2018.
A 24-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Two men, both aged 24, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and have been released on bail.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information which could help the investigation should contact police on 101 quoting incident 675 of 29 March.
