Christmas meals for the lonely and needy at the Wellspring Baptist Church, Winthorpe Road, Newark

So that no one is on their own on Christmas day, Wellspring Baptist church will be cooking Christmas dinner for up to 40 people again this year. We would love your help to spread the word to those who would otherwise be hungry or lonely. We have a booking system in place, to ensure we have enough food on the day. To book a place, please email wellspringnewark@gmail.com

We are looking to borrow a minibus and to find a volunteer driver(s) to transport those who need it to and from the church on Christmas Day. As always, we will be doing most of the prep on Christmas Eve. as well as needing people to serve/wash up on the day. If people are willing to help with any of those things they can also contact us at wellspringnewark@gmail.com

Donations towards supporting those in need can be made by contacting us on the above email. Thank you.
