Several Services Are Cancelled

Disruption is expected until the end of the day

Virgin East Coast have cancelled several services today (Wednesday 30th May 2018) following an overhead line trip out between Newark and Retford. 

The following services are cancelled: 

10.15 Leeds to London

10.33 London to Leeds

10.45 Leeds to London

11.03 London to Leeds

11.06 London to York

11.15 Leeds to London

11.33 London to Leeds

11.45 Leeds to London

12.03 London to Leeds

Passengers with tickets may use them on other providers.

12.06 London Kings Cross to Newark North Gate due 13.34

12.33 London Kings Cross to Leeds due 14.48

13.06 London Kings Cross to York due 15.29

13.33 London Kings Cross to Leeds due 15.48

Network Rail are carrying out repairs and estimating full signalling to be restored by 15.30, according to Virgin Trains East Coast’s Twitter feed.
