Newark Castle Cycling Club`s your Starlet, Florence Lissiman, did a fantastic race to just miss the podium in 4th place n the Under 14 Girls Race on Sunday at opening Round of the HSBC/British Cycling`s National Trophy Event held in the grounds of the Moorways Leisure Centre, Derby against some of the UK`s brightest cycling talent.

In Round 2 of the Lincolnshire Cyclo Cross League on Sunday held at the South Common, Lincoln and organised by Pain Gain Club, Isabel Darvill racing for Velo-Schils/Interbike RT, came 2nd in the Women`s Race after a 2 year absence from cyclo cross races. 

Also at the same Event, Ian Russell racing for the Moda RT finished 11th in the Veterans Race with his Son, Stanley racing for Newark Castle CC finishing 9th in the Under 9 Category Race

Long Bennington Brothers Noah & Joshua Lane, racing for the Witham Warriors, raced in the Under 9 and Under 12 Races with Noah finishing 9th in the Under 9`s and Joshua 9th in the Under 12`s.
