Newark AC star at the County Championships
When Joseph Monk appeared on last weeks sports show he told us his aim was a top five finish at the Nottinghamshire County Cross Country Championships held at a very muddy day at Shipley Park in Heanor, Derbyshire.
He was as good as his word coming home in 4th!
