We begin this weekend's report with the Clowne Half Marathon where Noel and Nicole Henderson took on the hills and conquered them to record impressive times. 1:37:51 for Noel and 2:18:28 PB for Nicole.

The personal bests were tumbling at the Doncaster 10K too, Jan Bailey was 15th from 2415 finishers in a new PB time of 34:35. Nige Driscoll carved over 3 minutes off his best 10K time, crossing the line in 44:11, he wasn't the first Driscoll home though as son Harry finished in 37:25 PB. Graham Welsh was next in 47:20 PB, then came Cate Driscoll and Stephen Tomlinson, both delighted at new sub 50 minute times. 48:30, PB by over 4 minutes for Cate and 49:57 PB for Tomo. Jenny Palmer finished strongly in 1:04:17 and Anthea Moisey completed the course in a new PB time 1:07:09.

A big group of Striders was at Clumber Park for the November Trust 10K. Club mental health champions were there for run and talk too, so it was an important as well as enjoyable outing.
