Newark Striders
A big well done to the four striders who completed the Nottingham Easter 10K at Woolaton park, Adam Clarke completed his first offical 10K run as a Strider in a time of 41:37 followed by Graham Welsh 51:16, Hannah Thomson first lady in 58:15 followed quickly by Becky Clift 59:33.
While Andy Scott completed the Boston (UK) marathon in 4:10:58 , this is Andy's third marathon in three weeks, you can see photos of Andy on Radio Newark's webpage.
