Hot day at Derby in the U17/20s YDL on Sunday. Some great pb's and great effort by all from Newark AC.
Well done in Hammer to Chloe Rowberry,
Luke Sayer got a new pb in Javelin, Triple jump and 400m hurdles.
Alex Ellis new pb's in 800 and 1500m.
Tom Evans won both 400 and 200m.
Keating Walter had a good triple jump and 100 and 200m.
Katie Mac won her 300m hurdles and had a good 80mh race.
Ricky Richmond came 2nd in 100m and had a quick 800m race finishing 3rd ish.
Tilly and Lauren Owens got pb's in 1500m steeple chase after swimming a little behind big sister Amber.
