4th, Amy Hunt represents England at the under 18 International meeting at Cardiff 

4th, Alex Davis scores an hat trick as Newark Hockey Men beat Derby 4-0 to move within one match of the league championship.

4th, Newark Town can only raise eight players for the trip to Bolsover and cancel the match. sad day.

5th, Newark Rugby Club under 16's beat Stamford 35-5 to reach the final of the NLD trophy at a very muddy Kelham Road,

5th, Adam Holland wins the Newton Fraction Half Marathon in a PB time, Netty Stevens also gets a PB.

5th, Harry Wainwright wins at Shenington on his first visit to the track.

5th, Newark Rowing Clubs J14's doubles and Single rowers win their time trails at Holme Pierrepont and go on to represent the East Midlands in the Junior Inter-County Regional Reggata. Maisie Archer Dytch raced first in a single and won by a clear 16 seconds. Izzie Holland and Freya Barker won the double racing against Nottingham Union and Leicester,

5th, Isabel Darvill, racing for Team Vision Innovative Leisure continued her good form with 4th place in the Womens Race at the Milton Keynes Bowl March Criterium Series opening Event

5th, Notfast's sixty nine year old John Miller spends the weekend in Paris doing the Parkrun and Half Marathon.

11th, Newark Hockey Men are crowned champions of East Midlands Division One after a final day victory over Atherstone.

11th, Bailey Sugden loses in the final of the eight man contest but wins a two fight contract with Glory.

11th, Adam Kettleborough wins on his return to the boxing ring.

11th, Anna Smith finishes fourth in the inter counties Cross Country at Loughborough, finishing as second English girl.

12th, Amelia Chrispin wins the Bedford Junior Duathlon.

12th, Newark Hockey Ladies beat Manning 5-4 to reach the final of the Notts Cup, Laura Donaldson scores four.

12th, Newark  Rugby Clubs under 16's beat Birmingham to reach the Midlands Final, Will Helliwell scores 17 points.

12th, Dan Chambers makes his National League under 14's debut for Mansfield Giants.

17th, Newark Rowing Club girls had a successful National Junior Indoor Rowing Championship. The relay team, comprising of Maisie Archer Dytch, Issy Holland, Freya Barker and Kitty Hawthorne, won the silver after a very close and competitive race between themselves and the winning team from Plymouth - Just 3 seconds between them.  The individual races also produced greats results, Victoria Lyon (Yr10) came 27th. Issy won herself another silver medal whilst Maisie came 13th and Freya 16th (Yr 9) and in the Yr8 category Kitty came 8th. Both fields had over 250 competitors.

18th, Barnby Road Academy beat Lowes Wong to win the Primary Schools Spring Netball Tournament. 

18th, Chuter Ede win the county Primary Schools Cross Country with Jopeth Monk coming home in first place.

18th, Anna Smith finishes fourth again, this time at the National schools Cross County and wins a place in the England team.

19th, Harry Wainwright wins all three heats and the final at the PFI Fulbeck meeting.

22nd, Adam Holland wins the Telford Marathon.

25th, Newark Athletic Club had four representatives at the National School / University games. In Wales Anna Smith was 5th out of all four nations helping England  to win! Bottom year!

Linton Taylor 10th taking Midlands to 3rd in the team medals behind Scotland and England.
While at Loughborough Amelia Chrispin came 11th in Yr7g English Schools XC final and Joseph Monk 70th in the Yr6b race. Well done to all!

26th, Newark Rugby Club under 17's lost their Midlands Bowl final of the national age group competition by 14 points to 12 against Sutton Coldfield. Newark's tries came from Josh Seebrook and Jack Shine

26th, twenty six Notfast members and four Newark Striders invade Poland for the Poznan half marathon.

28th, Newark Flowserve lose on penalties in the Notts Senior League cup semi final.
