A. Each voucher, depending on the nature of what it offers, will be redeemed differently. All vouchers however will be sent to your email, which will always be the starting point in using it. A. Each voucher has its own terms and conditions, found on each vouchers designated web page, and also found in the proof of purchase email sent to you after each time you shop with us. On top of this, the terms and conditions for the Radio Newark Marketplace can be found on the main ‘radio Newark marketplace’ page on the radio Newark website. These terms and conditions can affect when you can use the voucher,  what products/services it does/ does not apply to, and when it is valid until. A. If the email containing your voucher doesn’t arrive, be sure to check your junk/spam folders. Q. What if my payment fails?
