On Thursday evening of last week we learnt of the extremely sad news about Police Sergeant Graham Saville being struck by a train in Balderton whilst saving the life on a man in distress on the tracks.

Yesterday evening we sadly heard he had paid the ultimate price and had sadly passed away as a result of his injuries.
