Newark Striders
It's been a lovely weekend for running and we start our results with two lovely ladies who last weekend completed their first half marathon, this weekend they completed the hilly Carsington 7. Donna Beveridge finished the seven mile course in 1:30:35 and Anthea Moisey just behind in 1:36:01.
While in Yorkshire Rob Wilkinson participated in the Plusnet Leeds half marathon, finishing in a great time of 2:16:35.
Dave Tilley travelled to the Lake District to complete his last walk of Wainwright routes, this challenge incorporates 214 fells and their summits in Cumbria , Dave started this adventure over 6 years ago.
A fantastic achievement.
