This weekends results
It was a very warm and bright Sunday morning for the annual Notfast 10K , but that didn't deter the 22 Striders who completed the course.
It was Mr speedy - Jan Bailey who lead team Striders coming in 3rd overall and the 1st local runner to finish in a time of 37:37, follwed by Lewis Hopkinson who was 7th in a time 40:09, next Gary Tasker 43:39,

Brian Thompson 47:20 Garmin (1:01:28 on results) Jason Priest 57;56 Garmin (47:56 on results) Steve Martin 48:22,
Leroy Lindsay 48:33, Gary Bourne 50:12, Alistair Clarke 50:48, Nick Rushby 51:14, Graham Welsh 51:33.
First lady to finish was Lucy Napthine in a new personal best time of 51:43 ,
Mary Swindles 56:49, Hannah Thomson 57:36, Adam Clarke 57:37, Stacey Atkins 1:00:02, Gemma Latham 1:01:31 PB and Eddie Jones1:03:32.
While in city three ladies Striders competed the Nottingham women's running 10K .
Becky Clift was first to finish for Striders in a great time of 58:39, Donna Beveridge in 1:07:23 and Anthea Moisey in 1:10:52.
Great running , especially in the sunshine !
And Strider Karen Hichisson completed The Vitality Chatsworth 10K , a lovely scenic route apart from the fact that the first 2k was uphill, Karen finished in 59:07.
