While our super canicross competitor Beverley Hancock completed the Osberton 10k today with her dog Magic. They finished in a wonderful time of 48:31 and placed 3rd place canicross lady.
Strider Simon Roberts achieved a great new 10K personal best time of 42:52 at the Shelton 10K .

The rain didn't deter Striders, what a wonderful day at Lincoln half marathon.
Only in its second year since it's reintroduction, the course provided everything you love and hate about half marathon running.
Once again our very own Mr Jan Bailey lead Striders home in a brilliant time of 1:23:11 followed by Gary Tasker 1:36:14,
Mark Winter 1:37:25, Richard Scott 1:39:13 and Steve Martin 1:45:35.
There were huge PB's achieved by Steve Padgett 1:54: 41 and Jason Cobb 1:56: 29 .
Andy Scott one of our two pacers , timed his run to perfection even without a flag , at 1:58: 38( 2 hour pacer)
Dan Arkwell produced the third PB of the day finishing in 2:03: 38 , with
Stacey Atkins in 2:07 :28.
Our second perfect pacer Jacqui Jackson and her flag finished in 2:28: 35
2:30 pace) with Kath Scott 2:34:47 and
Jennifer Owens 2:34: 52.
But the honours of the day go to our super Strider volunteers, who manned a water station and the finishing area.
