Striders star reaches 500
it’s been too hot for walking yet along running but it takes more than a heatwave to stop one of Newark’s top runners enjoying her sport.
Philippa Clarke has just celebrated becoming the first female Newark Strider to achieve her 500th parkrun.
In just over 12 years Philippa ran 350 of those runs at the Newark course.
A huge well done Philippa.
