There were 20 club members over 9 Parkruns this week.PB’s for Vic Knight and Zanna Perry, Janet Davies obtained Course PB at Belton (and 3rd Lady), Kim Etherington-Bates also got a course PB at Belton and ran her 100th Parkrun.

Saturday was the Belvoir Challenge, a very muddy trail race around the vale of Belvoir, probably one of the most challenging years in its 30 year run.

Taking part in the 15.6 Mile were 14 Members:
Anthony Cork – 03:15:31, David Fargher – 03:16:26, Alice Allsop – 03:48:28, Chris Redhead – 03:48:39, Angela Brown – 04:21:52, Alison Greenwood – 04:21:56, Amy Borrill – 04:22:14, Suzanne Catley – 04:23:09, Jemma Lindsay – 04:23:30, Peter Brown –05:18:54, Dianne Kennett – 05:37:18, Fay Paterson – 05:57:35, Gill Goode – 05:57:38, Sarah Walker – 06:09:53

Braving the full 26.2 Miles:
Simon Lock – 04:52:41 and Caroline Upton – 05:49:50

Onto Sunday:
Andy Floyd ran the 15km Dark and White peak spring series on Sunday in 02:03:09

Sue and Steve Needham ran the hilly and scenic Warwick Half Marathon (in lieu of the mass participation cancellation of the Tokyo marathon which they were due to run) – Steve completed in 01:56:17 (New PB and 4th in age group), Sue in 02:30:08.

David Haynes ran the London vitality big Half for his birthday, knocking off 4 minutes of this best time – 01:38:22

In Long distance walking – Stuart Ashley took part in the Hannington Hike, 28 very muddy and windy miles – 09:49:00

Edward Casebourne completed the 18.5 Mile course – 07:30:00

Total Competitive running for Notfast in February was 1160km
