Great start to summer season
Some fantastic Pb's on Saturday at Notts Ac Spring Spruce. Tom Evans new 400m pb of 49.18sec and if his 200m was not a Pb, both were also English Schools standard, also U20 u17 club record.
Katie Mackintosh had a great 80m hurdles and even better 300m hurdles just off the English Schools standard by .06 second with 14.66sec.
Anna Smith had a superb 1500 m race with a well within National standard of 4:28.48, New club record.
Luke Sayer got a new Pb in discus of 22m.
Also taking part were Amber Owens new club record u20 400m hurdles in 69.79sec. Tilly and Lauren Owens in some new events for their age group and Chloe Rowberry who I believe threw 26m in the hammer.
