Medals at the County Championships
Newark Athletic Club enjoyed a excellent day at the Lincolnshire County Track & Field Championships with a double gold for Radio Newark Sport presenter Lauren Owens in the 100m hurdles and pole vault.
The other half of our double act is twin sister Tilly and she collected silver and bronze in the 100m hurdles and long jump.
There was a gold also for Ethan Lincoln in the U13 hurdles in a time of 15.13 while Josh Clee powered his way to silver in 75m hurdle and bronze in the 1500m.
Finally Craig Rodwell collected gold in the hammer with a throw of 32m 33.
