Twenty Seven Notfast club members braved the elements to cover seven Parkruns this week and for Alan Davidson and Ann Manley it was a weekend to remember as they both achieved personal best times.

Saturday saw seven members take part in the Dukeries 10, an almost 11 mile trail race from Walesby, taking in very muddy terrain, knee deep water, rain, hail and wind. First back for the club was David Fargher 01:40:14,followed by Simon Keyworth 01:51:49, Kerry Robinson 02:22:31, Cliff Robinson 02:23:18, Dianne Kennett 02:25:40, Laura Smith 03:10:28 and Zoe Smith 04:04:00

 

Janet Davies took part in the National XC Championships, 8km in 00:48:24

Dawn Lamb and Netty Stevens took part in the Scunthorpe Valentines 10k in very windy conditions, Dawn finished in 01:23:00 and Netty in 00:53:26 (PB)

Sunday was the rescheduled Stamford Striders 30k, three members took part: Amy Borrill 03:13:45, Eva Marhoefer 03:13:47, Richard Borrill 03:26:30.

 

 

Three members took on the Northumberland Coastal Ultra, their first ever in snow, hail, rain and sand storms. 36.72 Miles: Nikki Sherwood 08:11:44 and Claire Wood and Fay Parker 08:35:26

Breeze Rowlands was there supporting but also run/walking the 10k in 01:48:00
