A weekend with Notfast
Only a few results this week. There were Parkrun PB’s at Newark for JamesGrand-Scrutton and Sue Needham.
Adam Holland and Kim Etherington-Bates ran the Nottingham MoRun 10k on Sunday. Adam came first (for the third year running!) in 35:58, and Kim was over the moon to beat her previous 10k PB from 8 years ago and finish in 54:25
Meanwhile, Faye Hemingway, Kirsty Watson, and Chris McDonnell were battling the bracing conditions at the Skegness 10k. Faye came very close to her PB with a time of 1:02:15, Kirsty enjoyed her fish and chips after finishing in 1:06:22, and Chris was 4th in his age category in 45:21.
