There was also a NOTFAST invasion in Lincoln on Sunday as 29 NOTFAST members went to the Lincoln 10K. A relatively straightforward road race, which was very well organised, and generated lots of PBs. First back for NOTFAST was Andy Rowlands in 47:30 and new PB, closely followed by Jim Lovett (47:31), Darren Wilkinson (47:33), Pete Middleton (47:43 and new PB), Richard Borrill (47:48 and new PB), Gill Oxley (48:15 and new PB), Stuart Chase (48:26 and new PB), Kimberley Etherington-Bates(49:12 and new PB), Nick Rayns (52:29 and new PB), Annette Taylor(55:44), John Geeson (56:25), Chris Redhead (59:35), Chantelle Hallam(1:00:26 and first 10K), Nikki Dales (1:00:28  and new PB), Emily Baker-Gaunt (1:00:43), Breeze Rowlands (1:01:52 and new PB), Lisa Needham-Leach (1:02:01), Amy Lanham (1:03:03), Amy Borrill (1:03:36), Cath Hare(1:03:54 and new PB), Claire Simmonds (1:03:55 and new PB), Kirsty Watson (1:04:00), Chris Mumby (1:05:07 and new PB), Fay Paterson(1:05:33), Maria Brambles (1:10:10), Karen Borrill (1:10:56), Diane Kennett (1:11:36), Rachael Spencer (1:13:03), and Gill Goode (1:13:44).

Angela Brown was the sole NOTFAST entrant in the Manchester Marathon on Sunday. It was a very flat course, with lots of gel and water stops, and even people spraying hosepipes from their gardens onto the course, as it was a very warm day. Angela completed the race in a new PB time of 4:56:43, and was very pleased to see her son at the end as it was the first time he had seen her run.
