Adam Holland completed the Dartmoor 50 on Monday, which is a 50 mile trail run, across the highest ground in southern England. With 4347ft of ascent, Adam came first in the event, completing it in 4:23. To round off the week, he also completed the Something Wild 10k on Sunday across a similar trail course. Adam also came first, with official time pending, but just under 47 minutes.

On Sunday, NOTFAST had 9 runners at the Great North Run. This half marathon is the biggest running event in the country, and goes from Newcastle to South Sheilds. First back for NOTFAST was Adrian Dix in 1:29:34, followed by Steve Needham (2:01:04), Kimberley Etherington-Bates(2:04:10), Richard Borrill (2:07:15), Kirsty Watson (2:22:46 and new PB)Sue Needham (2:29:38), Peter Middleton (2:35:27), Karen Borrill (2:37:47), and Dianne Kennett (2:40:49)
