Notfasters get into the spirit

There were 37 NOTFAST members at Parkruns this week, taking in Beeston, Belton House, and New PBs this week for Damian Davies, Simon Eccleston, Chris Redhead, Sue Catley, Lynne Hare, and Kate Wilson.

On Friday night, Ann Manley and David Watt were at the Hilly 5-mile Skeleton run, near Loughborough. David Watt (AKA Dracula) floated round in 41:15, while Ann (Bride of Frankenstein) staggered behind in 54:27

On Saturday night, John Miller was at the Spooky Sprint, a 10k trail run around Wollaton Park. In fancy dress, and also in the dark, John finished in 1:12:23

16 NOTFAST members were at the hilly Worksop Half Marathon this Sunday. Adrian Dix was first back in 115th place out of a field of 3000, in 1:27:31, followed by Richard Hallam (1:28:39), Anthony Cork (1:41:21), Jeremy Reichelt (1:52:12), Steven White (1:56:08), Stuart Hawkes (1:56:33), Martin Dickenson (1:57:37), Simon Lock (1:57:41), Annette Taylor (2:04:22), Steve Needham (2:07:10), Lyn Gascoigne (2:07:59), Chantelle Hallam (2:17:11), Sue Needham (2:26:05), Gill Goode (2:38:38 PB), Kira Green (2:52:23), and Chris Mumby (2:58:00 PB)

Also, Sunday was the Belvoir Clockback 10k trail race, with NOTFAST in attendance. First back was Kimberley Etherington-Bates (51:05 PB), David Gill (55:11), Nikki Dales (57:21 PB), Faye Hemingway (1:07:18) and Angela Brown (1:07:18)
