The team head to the wilds for the Rauceby Ripper

NOTFAST had 27 Parkrunners this week, at Stratford upon Avon, Clumber Park, and Newark. PBs this week for Paula Dowling and Jill Fowkes.

On Saturday it was the Rauceby Ripper, a popular course with NOTFAST. This is a 9-mile, multi-terrain course across the countryside of South Rauceby, near Sleaford. Adrian Dix came third overall, and first in age category in 58:58, followed by Jeremy Reichelt (1:16:10 and age group winner), Peter Lane (1:17:01), Richard Borrill (1:19:03), Stuart Hawkes (1:19:51), Cliff Robinson (1:21:09), Andy Rowlands (1:21:47), Chris Redhead (1:22:56), Breeze Rowlands (1:35:05), Nikki Dales (1:35:15), Amy Lanham (1:39:42), Sue Catley(1:39:33), Kerry Robinson (1:40:20), Maria Brambles (1:40:28), Angela Brown (1:45:30), Annette Taylor (1:45:30), Faye Hemingway (1:50:16), Kirsty Watson (1:50:16), Jacqui Walton (1:50:19), Cathy Clarke (1:57:39), and Ernie Clarke (1:57:39).

Kimberley Etherington-Bates was in London in Sunday at the London Winter 10K, and despite it being a tight course in places, completed it in 52:20.

Adam Holland was at the Endurance Life South Devon Marathon finishing 3rdoverall on a hilly course in 4:12.
