Your weekly update from Notfast Running Club

There we 28 club members at Parkruns this week, in Long Eaton, Sherwood Pines, and Newark.

On Sunday, NOTFAST were out in force at the Orston Spring Dash, a 10k through the roads around Orston village. Dave Fargher was first back for NOTFAST in 49:21 and new PB, followed by Jim Lovett (53:41), Stuart Hawkes (53:41), Richard Borrill (53:41), Claire Wood (57:08), Barry Wood (57:08 PB), Angela Brown (58:05 Course PB), Annette Taylor (58:05 Course PB), Kirsty Watson (59:19 PB), Fay Paterson (1:02:49), Ann Manley (1:05:21), Joanne Gray (1:07:28), Cath Hare (1:07:28), John Miller (1:08:02), Faye Hemingway (1:10:08), Karen Borrill (1:11:55), Kate Blair (1:12:24 PB), Dianne Kennett (1:12:32), Sarah Walker (1:12:37), Jill Fowkes (1:12:37), Amy Hazard (1:12:53), Peter Brown (1:23:30 First 10K)

Kimberley Etherington-Bates and Chris Mumby were at the Wildlife 5K at the Yorkshire Wildlife Centre. Running past rhinos, lions, tigers and polar bears, Kim finished in 23:52, and Chris in 33:05. 

Finally, Sue and Steve Needham were at the Helen’s Trust 10k at Chatsworth on Sunday. Very hilly and muddy, they both finished in 1:13:29.
