Peter in the Lakes and touring Parkrunners
32 Notfast Club members over 9 parkruns on Saturday. PB’s for Jill Fowkes, Debbie Harding, Cathy Clarke and Karen Borrill.
There was a small spread of Notfast members on Bank holiday Sunday:
Peter Lane was in the lake district for the Staveley 10k getting a new course PB in 01:12:00.
Andy Rowlands was in Wales for the Newport Marathon, knocking 25 minutes of his previous PB getting back in 03:38:52.
Mark Hawkins ran his first 10k at the Bristol 10k in a great time of 01:27:19.
We had 3 members in Sleaford for the Sleaford Half Marathon, back first for the club was the Father and Daughter team, Richard and Amy Borrill, Richard coming in at 02:06:53 and amy just 1 second behind in 02:06:54, getting a new Half Marathon PB by 20 minutes. John miller was next back for the club in 02:20:50.
