Notfast had 45 club members over 4 Parkruns. PB’s for Tracy Thompson, Peter Brown, Laura Smith, Amy Parkes, Dale Mordue, Janet Davies, Simon Lock also got a new PB on his 100th Parkrun.

Simon Lock was also at the Holymoreside 10k, 00:47:49.

Nikki Dales took on the White and Dark events 16mil race in Ashbourne, completing in 03:05:00.

Notfast had 2 members at the Leeds Half Marathon; Suzanne Catley 02:21:000 and Jemma Lindsay 02:25:41.

Kimberley Etherington Bates was at the Hanwell wine estate for their charity 5k, coming in 2nd overall and first lady back in 00:28:16.

Breeze Rowlands took on her first ultra Marathon at the Dukeries 30 mile race, completing in 06:04:56.

Stuart Ashley took part in the Meridian Meander (crossing the Greenwich Meridian Line) completing 27 miles in 07:53:00 (Long Distance Walking)
