Last Tuesday Damian Davies was at the Charnwood AC Open, competing the 1500m in 00:04:46:50 and then the 800m in 0:02:20:16
Friday Saw Paul Zemontas complete the Castle Rock 10k in 00:57:16
In Longer distance, we had a few members take part in the Dovedale Dipper on Sunday, a hot and hilly race with 3500ft+ of elevation

Caroline Upton and Nikki Dales in 06:39:00, Breeze Rowlands in 07:35:00
In the 15 mile route - Fay Parker completed what turned out to be 15.9 miles with a couple of detours in 03:20:00 and Suzanne Catley, Maria Brambles, Angela Brown and Annette Taylor completed 16.5 Miles in 05:07:00
Stuart Ashley did the Elescar Skelter Long distance walking event, opting for the 22 Mile route in a time of 07:50:00
July was a good month for Notfast, with all competitive running totalling a distance of 2259.5 km
