Day 4 - the journey home ☹️

After what was a pretty heavy night for a lot of us last night, we were never going to have a productive Monday morning! Some of us managed to take full advantage of the hotel breakfast, having spent the previous two mornings eyeing it up but not being able to indulge too much as we were running shortly after. Others had a well-deserved lie-in, and some had a stroll into town to pick up a few things for the journey home. We checked out of our hotels, jumped in our taxis and headed to the airport. 

Our flight was delayed by over an hour, and we were early enough as it was, so the extra time in such a spacious environment could only mean one thing: Airport Olympics! We had 'curling' (pushing a wheelie suitcase towards an empty Coke can), speed walking, and SWAFTing (speed walk and floor touch - dropping down to touch the floor every four paces). The things we do when we're bored!

The flight went without a hitch, and we're now back on British soil, trundling up the A1 on the coach home.
