37 Club members over ran in three separate Parkruns with the highlight being a PB for Dianne Kennnett
Saturday also saw the Notts AAA championship held at Wollaton Park with four Notfast members representing the club, 10km for men: Steven White (48:22) and Simon Lock (48:24).
8k for ladies: Kimberley Etherington-Bates (36:03) and Rachel Sheldrake (39:47).
Sunday was the first of 4 East midlands Cross country races, we had 31 members turn up at Bramcote Park. 1 lap for ladies (approx 4.4km) and 2 for the men (approx. 8.7). Full results below:
