5 Club members were at the Stamford Valentines 30k on Sunday for a hilly run, Damian Davies 02:01:37, Steven White 02:45:34, Janet Davies 02:50:14, Claire Wood 02:53:45, Bonnie Tinsley 03:38:36.
Sunday also saw the last of the 4 East midlands cross country races, held at West Park, Long Eaton, Approx5.7km for the ladies and 8.5k for the gents, full results below:
