We received the following from Amy 's father;
"We had a very busy quick trip to Dublin to Support Amy. Amy was happy to come home with a silver medal behind the Irish competitor after a very hard run into the wind. The Irish girl proved stronger on the day and did not seem to be as affected by the wind as the rest of the field. The England intermediate girls 4 x 100m came home with a silver behind a very practiced Irish team, very exciting for Ireland to win on their home track. England won the competition overall on the day. It was an amazing experience to travel to Dublin with the team and sample the Irish hospitality."
