Newark Striders
A massive well done to the five Striders who completed the scenic but warm Woodhall Spa 10K and collected the wonderful medal. First Strider to finish was Lewis Hopkinson in fantastic time of 41:15 after completing Edinburgh marathon last Sunday followed by James Rastall 47:40, then the ladies Karen Hichisson 54:46, Karen Illsley 57:32 and Rebecca Clift 57:56.
Bernie Divall completed the race for life 10K in 1:04:20.
While in Cumbria Dan Stephen completed the challenging Grassmere Gallop a 17KM trail race in 1:13:00 coming in 4th overall .
As the TIT challenge continues on , the
" Famous five in five" challenge finished with seven Striders completing a minimum of 5K on 5 consecutive days , well done to Nicole Henderson, Donna Beveridge, Di Holmes , Natalie Sellars, Heather Green, Sara Carter, Jen Owens and Kath Scott.
