A Striders weekend
A bit of a quiet weekend for us.
It was a chilly morning at Newark Parkrun but nevertheless over thirty Striders turned out to run the 5k course.
First to finish for Striders was Tom Marshall coming 2nd overall with a new personal best time of 17:47, with pacer Jan Bailey coming in 10th in 20:38. Once again Sara Carter was the first lady Strider to finish in 25:36. There were PB'S achieved by Nick Anderson 25:38, Donna Wright 28:32, Jane Freshwater 34:58, Sue Wilkinson 35:48 and Kathryn Caughtry 37:17.
Also eight Strider ladies and one mini Strider made Parkrun their finale of a 10 day run streak in aid of Nottingham University Hospitals.

Beverley Hancock and her Luna travelled to Clumber Park parkrun and got a tad muddy ! and a huge congratulations to Beverley and her dog Magic who going to Crufts as part of the Canicross Display team.
Well done to everyone who took part in a very wet " All clubs run" on Sunday.
